Teacher Details

Hello, my name is Katarina, and I am thrilled to join a team of passionate teachers at After School Warriors, where each child is treated with respect and love. After graduating from university in Slovakia, I worked with children in preschool and elementary schools. I am an experienced Montessori teacher and I continuously seek to expand my knowledge about childhood through courses and books. I am also a full-time mom to two energetic boys and a part-time teacher, working with all the unique kids in After School Warriors. I believe every child should be treated with respect and thus deserves positive role models, especially from teachers. I enjoy engaging in quieter activities with the kids, like crafting or hands-on activities. In my free time, I love to spend time in the forest, hiking, camping, cycling, and running.
